In 2021 Tony Kendzior studied for and passed the National Exam to be a licensed mortgage loan officer. This allowed him to satisfy the legal requirements of the State of Florida to be allowed to talk about, promote the legitimacy of, and earn fees in his capacity as a reverse mortgage loan officer. He operates under the direct supervision of Bob and Kathy Muni who will shortly return to Gainesville and open an office. Here are Tony’s specifics until the Muni’s arrive here in 2022.
