My Comments: this topic is way off base for me. But as a consumer of more generic meds than I’d like to admit, it made me pause. Maybe I should share it with my readers who also take generic drugs?

Given the political pressures coming from the pharmaceutical industry, which direction do you think our current administration will push the envelope? To regulate the industry to benefit us as citizens, or to benefit the industry?

This should not be a political issue. But with an aging population putting pressure on the health care system in this country, there’s no way for it to become apolitical.
