This post  is intended to give you a glimpse of what you would pay for a mortgage here in North Central Florida in 1994. This post isn’t about politics or retirement or what usually concerns me and those of you who pay attention to my posts. When I found it on my computer, I thought some of you would find it interesting.

The image below was buried in my computer and I came across it while trying to organize some 10k images of people and places I have. It appeared in our local newspaper in 1994 showing what mortgage interest rates were from the various sources of money here in North Central Florida.

Please note the phone numbers that have changed, the names of banks, many of which no longer exist. The interest rates are similar to what we have now. I just thought those of you living in this area might find this interesting.
