CollegeMoneyNow Award Letter of the Week

My Comment: From time to time you’ve seen my posts that talk about college money. Helping high school kids and their parents find extra money to pay for a college education has become a passion of mine. I’ve created a Facebook page, a section here on the blog, and a short internet presentation using a domain name called CollegeMoneyNow.info.

To help create awareness, I’ve decided to feature a blog post weekly that is an award letter, sent to me from the Circle of Neighbors Foundation, that I think is representative of the kind of money that members of the Foundation program can receive. Since I’m also an investment advisor, you have to also hear me say that past performance is no guarantee of future performance. But with the cost of a college eduction rising rapidly, and the benefits provided by state programs going away, the help from the Circle of Neighbors Foundation could be critical.

While my copy of the letter here may be hard to read, it describes an award of $27,000 per year for four years.
